Time is money and most owners involved in world class projects have precious little time for follow-up on a detailed basis. Most do not have the contacts and expertise and none can attend the countless meetings, phone calls and travel required to deliver the dream.
As owner’s representatives, our responsibility is to insure that the contractor and all the subcontractors deliver On Target, On Time and On Budget. Dorlom will be involved in all aspects of the construction process, from before ground is broken to when the space becomes occupied. Our team will find the best materials and labor throughout the world to help achieve the owner’s final goals: Beauty, Quality and Functionality without compromise.
While the construction is underway, DORLOM Construction will be your eyes and ears—and most of all, your advocate. We will:
• Assure that all contractors, subcontractors and other participants fully understand the project’s design and requirements at every stage.
• Deliver timely and clear reports to you concerning construction progress, milestones, and other elements.
• Monitor the construction process to anticipate difficulties, resolve issues early, and keep the works flowing.
• Administer progress payments to assure that work milestones are being met and that all current expenses are paid in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the final stages of construction, including contractors’ punch lists and similar tasks that must be completed, often in a very compressed time period, before your project is closed out.
